The new CS series is providing businesses with four different models of their wireless desk phone communication.  It is the lightest DECT headset that you will find on the market, it also has a sleek design and an even better performance, complete with the reliability of hands-free devices that they are known for producing.

Excellent Call Management

The new series features one-touch call answer capability, volume control, mute, and managing calls up to 100 meters away from its base.  It allows users to bring in more people on the call, up to three additional headsets, guest headsets can even connect to a base easily by docking it onto the headset.  You can also use the Electronic Hook Switch Cable or Handset Lifter to answer or end calls remotely.

Incredible Audio Quality

To offer users the best audio and eliminate annoying interference from other Wi-Fi networks, the new series uses voice-dedicated DECT technology.  Wideband audio supplies you with great high definition voice quality.  You can choose to use narrowband to prolong your talk time for longer calls, or wideband mode can be used for clearer quality during conversations.  There is also an extended boom and a noise eliminating microphone to help control background noise.

Base Power

The new series allows the headset to be charged on its base easily, and when it’s close or has a full charge, it automatically shuts off to save power.  The base is newly designed to make it sleeker in appearance and to save room on the desk.
