Description
The Telehook Medium Weight pole mount (long length) allows attachment of a small to medium sized LED, LCD or Plasma television to a ceiling. It features an adjustable pole that supports drop lengths from 35.43″ to 70.87″ and a removable mounting head for easy installation and maintenance. The mounting head features an integrated ball-joint for an adjustable viewing angle with tilt, pan and orientation (landscape / portrait) control. The product ships with a single display head and can be upgraded with an optional accessory to hold dual screens in a back to back configuration.
The TH-1040-CTL ships with a long length telescopic pole (a shorter version is available), a mounting plate that affixes directly to the ceiling, and a mounting bracket that attaches to the screen using hardware included in the pack. Cabling can be run up through the pole into a cavity area or allowed to exit at the ceiling. During installation the viewing angle can be adjusted with rotation around the pole. The removable head allows the display to be easily lifted and clicked into place with facility for installation of a security screw (provided) to prevent unauthorized removal. The product supports TVs with a standard VESA mounting hole pattern (refer specifications below) and is designed for attachment to flat timber or cement surfaces with an optional adaptor available for raked ceilings with angles up to 45º. Installation is simple with on board safety features to prevent the display from falling even if the mounting head isn’t securely tightened or adjustment fixed in place. Once installed you’re guaranteed a clean and professional finish with a dress cover to hide the ceiling connection and a clean pole without screw holes.
