Warranty Returns

MyITHub products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, or compensation for any other foreseeable loss. You may also have the product repaired or replaced for minor faults.

Factors determining a major failure include time since purchase, product type, and expected lifespan. For major failures, you can choose between a refund, a like-for-like replacement, or a repair.

All warranty claims must go through MyITHub’s returns process, with return authorization required for postal returns. If the product is faulty and within warranty, MyITHub will cover logistics costs. Otherwise, customers will bear these costs. Non-faulty returns may be accepted within 21 days of purchase, with original packaging and an RA number required. A restocking fee may apply.

Packaging and Responsibility

Products should be returned in original or sufficient packaging. MyITHub is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping. 

Repair Process

MyITHub staff may refer products to authorized repair centers for assessment. MyITHub covers only products sold directly by us. Items used in conjunction that were not purchased from MyITHub are excluded from warranty support. Proof of purchase and product serial numbers are required for warranty claims.

Products with advanced replacement or onsite warranties should be handled directly through the vendor, but MyITHub can assist with vendor contact upon request. The customer’s data is their responsibility, and MyITHub is not liable for data loss during repairs. If a replacement is issued, faulty items are returned to the vendor according to their data policies.

Change of Mind/Non-Faulty Returns

Non-faulty returns must meet specific criteria, including unopened packaging and return within 21 days. Refunds for non-faulty goods will reflect the lower of the original price or current market value. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Certain products, such as software, headsets, and consumables, are excluded from non-faulty returns. MyITHub does not offer price protection on market fluctuations after purchase.

Additional Information

MyITHub warranties do not cover physical damage, mishandling, or improper installation. Products returned without fault may incur a $35 service fee for troubleshooting. Misuse or damage caused by modifications will void warranty coverage.
